Run of show

Colour = filming opportunity, not session importance. The 5F testimonial room runs as its own track all day — read that column top to bottom. CONFIRM marks where our two source docs disagree.

The seven concepts

All seven are in scope per the agreement. Every short social video comes from these — no session clips.

Arrival · 08:00

Question of the Day

Black card with the question held up off-camera. Less intrusive than approaching people — they engage if they want to.

Where 6F elevator landing
Needs Board printed
Pre-doors · 07:00

Ask the Crew

AV and rigging team explain what they think the event is about. Played straight, never at their expense.

Where 6F build-out
Needs Load-in access
Anchor · 08:30

Fake Press Conference

Pro-sports presser with Walt Frazier. Attendees are the reporters, each questioner title-carded so they reshare.

Where 6F branded backdrop
Needs Walt's window, power, 2 stands
All day

BTS of the Speakers

Speakers mic'd in the green room before they walk. Documenting, not interviewing — two questions then leave them alone.

Where 6F green room
Needs Access + session order
Breaks · lunch · reception

Outsider Walkabout

Anna Roisman roams and asks whatever she wants. Extended on the kickoff call: she also reacts to each session as the outsider.

Where 6F floor + terrace

Who Are You Wearing?

Red-carpet bit, played straight. Best at arrival when outfits are fresh, again at the reception when the shoes have had a day.

Recap & atmosphere

60 seconds, festival-style — not a stock-music SaaS recap. B-roll deliberately deprioritised; protect walk-outs and audience reaction.

Floors

~90% of attendees stay on 6F all day. Budget five minutes for every floor change with gear.

6F — where everyone is

Elevator landing & registrationBranded surround, transparent Northstar wall with the Hudson behind. Question of the Day board goes here.
FNB & branded glass wallBest wall in the building. Sun is on this side — shoot toward the glass or faces blow out. Latte bar AM, ice cream cart PM.
Main stageVenue AV records all sessions. We're only there for walk-outs, atmosphere and the CRM vote.
Speaker green roomBTS lives here, top of each hour. No testimonials — a speaker about to go on shouldn't walk into a production.
Hallway station — our addTripod + handheld mic outside the keynote room, live all day. The hedge for the five hours the room is committed.
Terrace & swag storeLocked until ~16:00. Reception and Archy Awards 17:00–19:00.

5F — production floor

Testimonial roomStanding set, built once and left up all day so customers cycle in with no reset. Our most valuable space.
Crew & gear roomSeparate room Ajay is holding, so we're never tearing down the set to reach a battery.
Roundtable rooms13:40–14:30 only. Thin branding — shoot tight, no wides. Ten minutes of texture is enough.
04

Testimonial slots

4–5 edited at 2–3 min, cut from ~30 min of interview each. GP expects ~7 customers on site. Ajay's CSM list lands Tue 8/18 — names drop straight into these.

Two asks when booking. Don't put a customer against a session they came to see — they cancel. And keep the 10:40 and 14:30 breaks clear; they're two of our four open windows. If a customer can only do a break we'll take it, we'd just rather know in advance.
